What Are The Benefits Of Body Scrubs?
You can improve the appearance and health of your skin by exfoliating with a scrub or other products such as a loofah or brush. The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) states that exfoliation can make your skin look brighter, as it removes the outer layer of dead skin cells. Exfoliation can stimulate collagen production, which can help your skin remain firm and radiant. Exfoliation can also improve the effectiveness of topical treatments. Exfoliating your skin before applying creams will allow the cream to penetrate deeper than if it sits on top. A body scrub is a great way to relax, mainly if you are tired or stressed. How Often Should You Scrub Your Body?
It would help if you did not use a scrub every day. Exfoliating can often cause the skin to become dry, sensitive, and irritated. You can exfoliate your skin up to three times per week. You may need to exfoliate your skin only once per week if you have sensitive or dry skin. Talk to a dermatologist if you have any skin conditions or are unsure how often you should exfoliate. This product is the easiest to use in the bath or shower. Use circular motions to massage the scrub onto your skin. Rinse off with warm water. How To Make Body Scrub

She recommends that acne-prone people swap out the oil for something like argan or sunflower oil. Dr. Shainhouse recommends taking precautions to avoid drain clogs if a scrub contains ingredients that won't dissolve, like bits of oatmeal. To catch small pieces before they get down the drain, you can use a filter or screen. Directions- Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut oil in a saucepan or bowl.
