Step 1: Apply eye primer. This goes before eyeshadows, of course. An eye primer will keep your makeup in place ready for the waterproof mascara. Since these are very long-lasting, your eyeshadows should be prepared accordingly.
Step 2: Use a curler. Naturally, hooded eyes will make your lashes flat and thin so hot the curler and carefully curl your lashes (pay attention to the corner) for the longest and maximum effect.
